Are you dying? No? Cool, but are you alive then?
A few years ago I came by a book that was written one or two hundred years ago, discussing what someone should do in their daily life.Â
A person in that age would work for 6, even 7 days a week, 8-10-12 hours, still, there were free time. What do we do with it? The author recommends living it.Â
What he meant by that? Living or being alive means that we mindfully spend time on what interests us, that usually deepens our knowledge about a certain field of interest or a hobby.
The writer also recommends to do this consistently, pursue our choice 2-3 times a week at least, that way we can become experts in any field that interests us in 5 years.
Do you like when in movies you see that people are smart in arts or literature? Can quote books or identify art techniques? You can do that too, it's just a matter of consistently spending time with the topic.
Best if you can find a group that shares the love of the activity you also like and meet with them, do it together. It provides you with more efficient learning and humans need social interaction to get fulfilment in life.

Myself? I'm interested in Health and Wellness, following Tech and Science news and reading about self-improvement, listening to a psychology course. Wish I had these interests when I was 20 years younger, I could be an expert by now and by far.
